David Fincher’s new film tells the story of Benjamin Button, a man who starts aging backwards with bizarre consequences.  Based on a story by F. Scott Fitzgerald and stars Cate Blanchett, Brad Pitt, Tilda Swinton and Julia Ormond.

This trailer has a very ominous feel to it, wispy and with very little dialogue.   I kind of enjoy the strangeness of it, too.  Makes me want to lean closer in my seat and try and figure out what’s all going on.  I’ve always been interested in the dream-like and surreal and this film will do very much to satiate my curiosities.

The classical piece used in the trailer is “Aquarium” from Carnival of the Animals by Camille Saint-Saens.
